I recently called "Perry Computing" at 1-800-248-3823, who had
advertised the 20 Meg drive (same one as sold in RS catalogs) for 
$775. They said that "about 50%" were returned due to unreliability
and that they were investigating other sources for a replacement drive.
I haven't called them back yet.
