We have recently installed an IBM RT with the 5081 Megapel color
display.  It is great for graphics and X; however, when using it
as a terminal the scrolling speed is agonizing.  When moving
backward screen updates seem to be going at about 1200 baud, not
what you would expect with something as high powered as this.
I have experimented with the terminfo definition, but to no
avail.  If anyone has solved this, please let me in on the
secret!
