	A friend of mine is embarking on some rapid prototyping
under MS Windows with zero previous experience with windows. He
just wants to get the job done quickly. 
	Would you recommend ACTOR or Commonview or some other
special tool kit for windows.
	I have heard some good things about ACTOR but what are the other 
options.
	Opinions and views are welcome.
