	Digital announced Version 2.0 of DEC PHIGS with the VAXstation 3520
and 3540.  DEC PHIGS V2.0 is a full implentation of the PHIGS standard and
includes PHIGS+, GM/EDS's extensions, and some Digital extensions (such as
immediate mode).  It has a variety of "device handlers" which allow it to
run PHIGS in an X window using Xlib or the X toolkit.  It also has a PEX
device handler so if your workstation has the PEX extension (i.e. the
VAXstation 35X0), it can use that protocol instead of using only X.
