I'm looking for a version of GNU Emacs which I can run on an IBM PC/XT/AT.
I recently found a fairly old (Nov 1986) version of MicroGnuEmacs,
and the README implied that it can be converted for use with MS-DOS,
but it had not been tried yet. Does anyone know whether there is a
newer (or different) version which has already been converted for the PC?
