Hello,
	I have made some changes to add-log.el.  Addition of a few
variables to allow the user to decide when to add a new header instead of
just a new '*' indentation line.  Currently only adds a full header when
the day changes.  New code allows new headers when the hour changes or when
the day changes (user selectable). I also made some changes to the window
handling, i.e. do not jump to the other window if already modifying the
ChangeLog.  This makes ^X-4-a work better if you are already in ChangeLog
and want to add another entry.

	Also have a few changes for man.el in relation to the SUN.  Only a
couple of patterns to add to the nuke-nroff-bs function.

	If anyone wants me to send the files along let me know.
