Well, RMS and the gang made the front page of the Business section of the _San Jose Mercury News_ with a total of about 25 inches of ink in the Thursday, May 25th edition. Headlined "Scientists picket Lotus over software patents," the lead sentence states: CAMBRIDGE, Mass (AP) -- Some of the nation's top computer scientists, angry over a wave of lawsuits seeking to copyright basic computer software, picketed Wednesday outside the headquarters of Lotus Development Corp. Stallman was described as "Chanting slogans through a bullhorn" and leading about 150 MIT professors, students and programmers from the Boston area in the protest. I like the one slogan, "No Writs for Bits" _________________ Michael McNamara mac@ardent.com
