I think I'm in the right group for this question , if not:

I'm looking for the electronic adress of the University of California
Santa Barbara. Any help in how I can e-mail them and what a student
over there has to do to get a login (enroll in a computer science 
course, or physics or statistics etc) would be greatly appreciated.
