This has already been posted on comp.os.vms in a similar letter.

My problem is with G. Huston's VMS NEWS 5.0.  My client VMS machine won't
receive any news from my ULTRIX server machine.  I alternately get data
overrun or no output at all.  I have defined all the required names and
created all the required directories etc...  So, WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

If any totally amazing people out there have any answers for me I would 
appreciate it.  Thanks in advance
