Or, you could try Factory Service, (503) 642-8600 in Beaverton, Or.

I talked with Dave Phillips, who will be glad to help you.  The 
model number 5103 is rather generic, what he needs is the "D"
number from the display unit.

Are you sure your horizontal plug in is OK? 

I suggest you call Dave while you have the unit in front of you,
that way you can look up model numbers, etc.
