Available May 15 (or June 1) until Sept 30

   * very close to U of T campus (Harbord and Major)
   * share house (renovated 1 year ago) with 3 others
   * hardwood floors, venetian blinds, washer + dryer in basement

And the room?  Well, it's very large (about 18'x12'), well lit (large bay 
window and 1 other), 10' hight ceiling, partially furnished, on 2nd floor.

This is a really nice place (that's why it's only a sublet) and the rent is
just $366 per month + utilities (not much in the summer).  If interested, call
