Is anyone aware of a 1974 US Army/Fort Dietrich Report by M.S. Ascher (sp?)
describing "acquired immuno-deficiency" research?  This report is cited
by some as suggestive of the possibility that AIDS is a bio-warfare    
experiment gone awry (or perhaps expressly tested as was the agent in the
famous 1950's bacteriologic warfare tests on the unsuspecting U.S. public.
