I recently wrote a C program (RSTSITE) that estimates the number of
nucleotide differences per base pair using restriction site data.  The
method is that described by Masatoshi Nei in his 1987 book MOLECULAR
EVOLUTIONARY GENETICS.  Input and output conventions are like those of Joe
Felsenstein's PHYLIP package.  The program is available via anonymous ftp
from arsun.utah.edu.  Help yourself.
