Having recently conducted a search for a good PC diff, here's my
.02...

The file HDIFF122.ARC (37698 bytes) available by anon ftp from 
grape.ecs.clarkson.edu (128.153.13.196) is the best diff clone I 
could find (it seems like I saw this at simtel under a different 
name, but I can't be sure.   Anybody seen it?)  It does all the 
typical diff stuff: displays lines from each file which aren't in 
the other, and generates edwin diff files.  I've gotten good use 
from it.  

As always, your mileage may vary.
