	Sorry to add to the S/N ratio, but I remember seeing 
something about the TERMCAP bug in nethack 2.3e (termcap file must
be in \etc) and can't remember what it was.

	Is there a fix so nethack accepts the environment variable?  OR
am I just being lame?  Please send E-mail responses -- NO FOLLOWUPS.
