1) Compaq has a funny disk and controller, in some sizes funnier than
   others. that'a why NU won't run.
2) You should ask this in comp.sys.ibm.pc because (a) it has nothing to
   do with binaries and (b) more people read it.
3) I don't have what you need, but at least now you know *why* it
   doesn't work. Did you call Norton?
