No matter how good an operating system may be, this is a powerful concern. It is the reason why many of the TOPS-20 systems in the world have (reluctantly) migrated to Unix. Those applications and users who remain dependent on TOPS-20 have moved to a few key systems, e.g. SIMTEL20. Some of us find case independence to be a plus. -------
