Initially the product would be pointed at cobol file descriptions to learn 
about fields/disk file names. Afterwards it would 'know' about your database
field-wise. Then you could choose fields perhaps based on operators to
create reports. The output would be ansi-standard cobol source. 

Here's a market which is not that high-tech, but nonetheless seems to be 
lacking.  Please email any info. Calling all entrepreneurs.
