I recently had a very bad hard disk crash on my system and had to
re-install the INFORMIX for my unix-pc, lo and behold the first disk
has apparently a bad sector. So i called the freindly :-( att hotline
and was told i would have to pay to talk to anybody. (I have service
contracts on my unix pc but not the software). I promptly hung up..
I will not be charged to talk to someone who will probably charge me
for a new disk or product upgrade!! Could someone give me a DIRECT phone
number to informix in calif. And possibly send me a note of INFORMIX procedure
for getting a replacement disk.
