I have written some proprietary drivers for Ethernet and StarLAN cards
from: 3Com, AT&T, Interlan, Novell, Western Digital, etc.  I am
interested in porting these drivers to the packet driver spec.
I would appreciate it if someone could give me information on obtaining
this spec.  I don't have access to ftp.  Please e-mail responses.
