	Sounds like you need more of a network analysis/management tool
than a protocol analyser.  VANCE Systems Inc in Chantilly Virginia has
such a tool called the ATS 1000 that does performance analysis as well
as user applications for operational control, management and planning
(I.E. Capacity planning).  They are working to transferring their
present capabilities (token passing topology support) to include
