I am an Italian student of Padova university .
I am 24 years old , I am studing Electronic Engineering at Padova
University, but I would like to do this on an English or American college. 
( A good English is wery important for an engineer !!! )
I need some information about universities where you can take a degree on 
Electronic Engineering.

I would like to have informations on the following topics :
Is an English or USA degree valid here on the European community ? ( I
mean if it is AUTOMATICALLY valid )

Especially , is such degree valid here in Italy ?

What is going to change after 1992 ? , are we going to become like the USA
where a degre taken on an USA state is valid all over the country ?

How could I get informations on the organization of the UK or USA
colleges ?

Is it possible to take the exams that I have done here as valid on an
UK or USA college ?

What's the difference from our degree ( Italy degree ) and one of UK
or USA . I would like to know to which UK or USA degree is equivalent
our first degree level .

I understand , these are hard questions to answer ... but , please ,
at least give me some references where I may read something about UK
or USA colleges .
