May I strongly reccomend my engineering school: Cooper Union School of
Engineering. It's located in downtown Manhattan, New York. An EXCCELLENT
engineering school, it happens to be FREE and PRIVATE (actually there is
a $300 annual student fee, which mostly pays for student parties). The
explanation for this miracle is that the founder, Peter Cooper, made a PILE
of money 150 years ago, and invested it for the purpose of supporting
the school on the annual returns.

There are 4 possible majors: Electrical (my favorite), Chemical, Civil, and
Mechanical.  It takes 4 years to get a Bachelor of Engineering, and one more
year for a Master of Engineering. The school is HIGHLY respected here in the
United States.
