Lines: 24 We are looking for a very flexible, high quality image acquisition board for acquiring analog images from medical imaging devices. Our requirements are as follows: - VME or AT bus. - Must be software programmable (i.e. not just strappable) for a wide variety of more-or-less RS-170 formats. - Must support programmable pixel clock rate to at least 12.5 MHz, and if possible accept an external pixel clock. - Must support all the usual liberties that are taken with the RS-170 spec. Image quality is critical, since we eventually print the images on high resolution film. Even minor video incompatibilities can cause trouble for us. Standard off-the-shelf boards do not do the job. We know about the Datacube MAX-SCAN. What other products should we be looking at? - -- Eric Peterson --FOCUS SYSTEMS-- Waterloo, Ontario, Canada watmath!focsys!eric (519) 746-4918
