I'm looking for a C++ translator for an 80386 running System V
Release 3.0 (although I could probably upgrade to 3.2 if
necessary).  A C++ to C translator would be preferable to a
compiler so we could port the generated C code to other systems,
but a compiler is not out of the question.

Please let me know what's available by e-mail and I'll summarize
to the net if there's sufficient interest.
