  Since reusability is one of the major benefits of OOP,
one would expect that all OOP languages would have a base library
of "classes" (or objects, or whatever) that would provide
a nice base upon which to build applications.  I know that
Smalltalk and Eiffel come with pretty robust libraries.

  How about a library for C++?  Is there such an animal?
Will a library ever become an "official" inclusion for the
language?
