Does anyone have answers to the following questions?
1: I understand that C++ version 2.0 will be available in June (July?).
   Will it then be available in the Netherlands too, or will it take
   longer, if so, how much longer? Can I order directly from AT&T in
   the USA?
2: Is a library (with classes like list, tree, ...) already available
   for C++, and/or will there be a new (updated?) libray for C++ 2.0?
   Does it have good documentation? Where can I order it from the
   Netherlands?
