Both myself and another user have noticed a bug in elm 2.2.  When you
are in the elm main menu, and enter alias mode, and 'm'ake a new alias,
that alias is added to the alias text file, but is not properly added to
the alias database so that you can use it from that elm session.  It is
necessary to exit elm and run newalias before the new alias is useful.
