This is indeed a feature that I would also very much appreciate. I find my self going in using the editor to simply edit the raw folder file and invariably my fat fingers can figure out a way to mess it up for future elm access. Another reason for wanting to do this is that we keep various "help" type information publically available as folders - it provides a convenient method for menu type accessing utilizing tools that users are already familiar with.
