Look for a line which looks like:
	Mlocal, P=/bin/mail, F=rlsDFMmnP, S=10, R=20, A=mail -d $u

and after it, add the contents of the popMH.m4 file:
	Mpop,   P=/usr/local/lib/spop, F=nsmFDM, S=17, R=27, A=pop $u
(or whatever it is).

You might also want to install the latest version of MH though, 6.6
instead of 6.5.  It's available on louie.udel.edu.
