I was recently at an event billed as an "art performance" where the sound system - during idle periods - was playing a mixture of odd music such as marches and bagpipes, and telephone calls. From the instructions an operator gave at one point, I believe the calls were cellular phone calls being "illegally" tapped. Not exactly what the caller intended when they dialed... Peter Desnoyers
