    OK, I can get into the machine, but just don't know how to 'cd' to a dir
    or 'get' a file.  Sorry, I am used to Unix systems only and don't know
    the equivalent commands for a Tops-20 system, which simtel-20 is, I 
    believe.  Anyone care to help me out?
