Multi-Vue takes up quite a bit itself, and opens up at least one graphics window (much more expensive in memory usage than text windows). Probably there just isn't another 8K block of RAM for forking off the Copy process. Most Coco-nuts say that Multi-Vue is useless without 512K. Actually you can now get a 256K upgrade (that uses the 128K chips already in the Coco III) from Burke & Burke (see Rainbow ads), which is cheaper than a full 512K upgrade. I don't believe in Multi_vue myself, but most worthwhile OS9-L2 applications need more than 128K. Your brother should put memory expansion at the top of his shopping list. -- Mike Knudsen Bell Labs(AT&T) att!ihlpl!knudsen knudsen@ihlpl.att.com Round and round the while() loop goes; "Whether it stops," Turing says, "no one knows!"
