I'm trying to track down a reference.
All I have is

	Watson, P. and Watson, I. ``An efficient garbage collection
	algorithm for parallel computer architectures'', Proc. PARLE
	conf. (June 1987), 432-443.

I don't recognize the conference name.  What is the full name of the 
conference?  where was it held?  Is it an ACM or IEEE conference?
Does anybody have an e-mail address for this watson?  
Has this work appeared subsequently in a journal someplace?
if not, does somebody have the conference proceedings so I can get a copy 
of the paper?
