I just delved in earnest into licap and noticed some inconsistencies.

For example, ABRecHandle is not in appletalk.h, the declaration for
ABusRecord does not look enough like the one given in Inside Macintosh
Volume II, and the first argument to NBPRegister expects an nbpProto
pointer instead of ABRecHandle.  I could list more...

Can anyone shed some light on this?
