Hi!

I am working on implementing VT based on ISO 9040/41.  Implementing the VT 
protocols involves encoding of the VT PDUs (Protocol Data Units) using ASN.1
(Abstract Syntax Notation One) rules.  This is typically a service provided 
by the presentation layer.

I would like to know if there are any general purpose ASN.1 encoding/decoding
software tools available.  If available, do they have encoding facilities 
for VT PDUs? 

I'd appreciate your input in this area.
