I thought it did this as well, then I realized I was usually rebooting the
computer rather than using the Shutdown menu option. It only saves the 
control panel upon shutdown.

I've spent hours on this one, I tried 64K roms, 128K roms, several version
of the operating system, using different port combinations, etc ... I can't
get the Epson emulation working AT ALL. Usually, it says "printing ..." then
locks up the machine. One program (I don't remember which) actually crashes
nicely with a system error. It's really annoying. If anyone has gotten this
to work, could you please tell me what you did ??? thanks.
