Please help me with the speak-handler. I can't get any of the options
to work. With speak: mounted I do the following as per page 3-8 in the
Enhancer Manual:

1> copy <file> speak:OPT/s300

The handler speak-handler speaks the words in <file> but it pays no
attention to the s300 spead adjustment. It also ingnores any other options
discussed in the manual. I particularly want to use the a0 option which
skips the translator.library. I am trying to set up some foreign language
phrases which need a little tweaking of the phonemes.
