	The Mac doesn't save the Control Panel settings on disk.  They
are stored in battery backed up RAM (Parameter RAM).

	There are some Mac INITs that cause all accesses to the
Parameter RAM to be stored on disk.  Look around some Mac BBS's or
archives.
