I am not sure what is going on. Here is a letter from him explaining what happens. Thanks for any and all help! ----Start of quoted letter---- Doug, since I talked to you last, I noticed that you were right, it does seem that the startup sequence is not executing on the warm boot. Here's the message for you: I am using an A2000 with a Bridgeboard. I have experienced a problem that occurs when doing a warm boot of a workbench disk which has the PC files as well as the startup for a Western Digital Filecard, which is installed as a PC hard disk with an Amiga partition. On a warm boot with the very same workbench disk, (for example, after a guru) the hard disk spins and I get something that looks like an AmigaDOS screen, but without the DOS prompt. It appears that the startup sequence has stopped executing, but I don't understand why it should perform differently on a warm boot than a cold boot. Any ideas?? Thanks much. Thank you Doug, for your concern. Its not really a major problem, just a minor irritant. -- Bruce -- ----End of quoted letter---- Thanks for any help!! - Doug - Doug_B_Erdely@Portal.Cup.Com
