It can handle double width double height bold BLINKING underlined special line-drawing characters. (To the person who remarked that AmigaBASIC doesn't do blinking text: Handshake does blinking by changing the color palette a couple times per second.) The only problem I've discovered with Handshake is that I have to reset the terminal whenever I run jove under SunOS 4.0. I haven't determined whether it's a bug in jove or a problem with the termcap entry, but the following escape sequence causes the keyboard to be locked. $[;H$[2$[?1h$=$[;H$[2J Note that "ESCape open-bracket two" is an incomplete escape sequence; there is a "J" missing. Selecting "Reset term" from the menu clears the keyboard locked condition (even though it doesn't clear the "keybd locked" indicator). I mentioned this to the author, Eric Haberfellner, who is looking at the problem. He is also planning to use a better font for 132 column mode, so that double-wide lines (66 columns) are more readable. -- Joe Smith (408)922-6220 | SMTP: JMS@F74.TYMNET.COM or jms@tymix.tymnet.com McDonnell Douglas FSCO | UUCP: ...!{ames,pyramid}!oliveb!tymix!tardis!jms PO Box 49019, MS-D21 | PDP-10 support: My car's license plate is "POPJ P," San Jose, CA 95161-9019 | narrator.device: "I didn't say that, my Amiga did!"
