     I have a friend in the UK who is need of a replacement drive for his
early vintage Amiga 1000.  It has NEC 1035 drives.  Today I saw an ad in
"Computer Shopper" for NEC 1035 720K IBM drives for $60.  Does anyone know
if these will directly replace the Amiga drives?  This would be nice since
replacements from Commodore are more than twice that.

Also I have another friend who has acquired a bunch of Phoenix power supplies
for the 500... very nice units.  List is $99.00, he is selling them for $60.
These are brand new in unopened boxes.  Email me if interested.
