The only way to get a good video tape would be to go into a studio and retape 
the presentations in a studio.  I have seen the results when attempting to do
video taping at a conference.  It is not good enough to justify the time or 
expense.  Audio taping and copies of the handouts turn out to be equal.
The video tape would probably be no better than a talking head.

I'll bet that the odd are pretty good that your ideas will not
be pursued (and I think that they are *extremely* good ones) ...
unless the new management team that HP has brought in has
made some fundamental changes in Apollo's attitude towards
end-user oriented marketing.

(Walt Weber, are you listening? Can you pass Bob's ideas along
on Chelmsford's internal mailing lists to the appropiate people.
