One additioal source you might try is the Washington Apple Pi user group. 
They have a large variety of Apple III software and they do sell to
non-members (for a fee, of course).  Their phone number is 301-654-8060. 
they've recently moved into new offices and I don't have their new address
handy, but their old address was: 8227 Woodmont ave. Suite 201, Bethesda, MD
20814.  Any mail to this address will be forwarded to their new address. 
Their Journal each month has articles on Apple III subjects.
