I've been working on a new version of Mad Apple Forth which will run
on any Apple II equipped with a 65802 cpu internally.  Therefore, the only
stock machine that will run it is the Apple IIgs.

I've also been rearranging the system map, and adding new items.  MAF is
now also going to be completely Forth-79 Standard.  The system will run
in full 16 bit mode wherever possible.

The completed version will be able to replace Applesoft in the Apple II.
