Personal Newsletter is awkward, at best, and is quite limited in what it can do. It was nice when it was all alone, but now it is clearly exposed as what it really is: second rate. Springboard Publisher is a snail. Even run on a IIgs on "fast", it is almost unbearable. I cannot imagine what it would be like on a IIc. Publish-It is incredible. It leaves the other programs in the dust. Version 2 will support extra memory (not sure about the Z-RAM) and do lots of neat goodies. It is truly WYSIWYG and is reasonably fast. If there is sufficient memory, it will load in and become less disk-dependant. The printer drivers are excellent, and output is sharp, tight, and readable. Publish-It will also support a laserprinter. There are a few things that should be improved, but even as it is, it stands in a class by itself. Publish-It, by TimeWorks. By the way, I have been using Publish-It for about 6 months now. I have no affiliation with TimeWorks, its dealers or distributers.
