     SpringBoard makes a product called Newsroom, which is geared toward
newsletter formats, but isn't restricted to it.  It's an older product, I
used it a bit when a friend of mine had it, say, three years ago.  It seemed
to be written pretty well.
     It may not be a good choice.  I think it was written for a 64K IIe, so
I doubt it could take advantage of your memory, or the other niceties of the
IIc+.  The program is a bit awkward, but the quality was acceptable.
