Thanks to mccabe@mtus5 and dal@syntel, I got my degas -> VGA program
working for all .PI{1,2,3} modes.  If anyone would like a copy, I will
mail it to them as soon as I clean the program up a bit.  It was
written in MS QuickC and requires a VGA monitor for .PI3 files and an
EGA screen for .PI{1,2} files.  Both the source and .EXE are
available.
