We are also missing the last two parts to dvist33.  I'm following up
since the problem occurs on both sides of the pond (the Atlantic!).
I would suggest that the last 2 parts get reposted in the case that
this is a general problem.  Otherwise can someone on the European side
of the puddle, send them to me?
