We have need of a computer model for a hydrodynamic (aerodynamic) modeeling
package which will model an arbitrary shaped tow body with design parameters
as inputs and stability or motion predictions as the output.  

We wish to predict yaw, pitch, and roll as a function of the forcing
function, operational depth, wing parameters, and body shape.

Prefer to run on VAX however source in FORTRAN, PASCAL, or C which could be
ported to an HP 9000 8xx/5xx would be great.  BASIC also usable.
